As an option to our Docucheck Verification systems this module intelligently identifies a sewing pattern from a captured image. Once identified the solution compares certain key features around holes, stitches and clear space to what is expected and will pass or fail on the results.
This solution can also link to Inspectrons Image Server software suite which will allow for captured images to be stored for later Quality Analysis, Audit or Evidential purposes.
